What did you do to my once favorite cookie? These are so gross now. They look “off” to n color and taste awful. Why? Why did chips a hoy change the recipe!? If no one buys it, “saving money on different ingredients” doesn’t really matter, does it? I returned them. I refuse to contribute.

When I first opened the package I thought that they looked different, they were very light in color and flat (they looked like they weren’t baked long enough). Then I tried one and it didn’t taste good, nothing like they used to, kind of stale tasting. My husband tried one too and he didn’t like them either. I got on here to read the reviews and saw that they had changed the recipe. We’ll stick with making them ourselves or buying the store brand that my husband usually gets because they actually taste identical to the old version.

My family used to love these cookies but I recently discovered on the label that these cookies (and every Nabisco cookie that I checked) has bio-engineered ingredients. Scientists don't know the long-term effects of GMOs on our bodies, so we stopped buying products with GMOs. Not worth the risk for the savings.

I love the original chips ahoy cookies in the blue package I grew up eating them as a kid. I love soft cookies though and wanted to try these but I don't like them at all. The flavor tastes artificial and the texture is off.

I tried checking the expiration date thinking I got an old package and that’s when I noticed that they came out with a new recipe. Why?!! The old ones were good! I’ve always enjoyed chips ahoy, I’m currently pregnant and have been having more lately. When I noticed the new packaging I still had an old packaging at home, so I compared ingredients. It looked pretty much the same besides the “protein” and “sugars” section. They taste different. I am not liking them. And my partner got me the family pack this time. I hate when they change the recipe. On the picture, left side is the new packaging and right is the old.

Chips Ahoy recently “improved” their recipe and they’re a huge miss now. I initially thought my package had been tampered with due to the taste. I Googled and and to my dismay saw they changed the classic recipe I’m used to enjoying. How disappointing.
