I do not follow the directions exactly. I put in nuts, I use one banana, one time I didn't use a banana at all. I used other fruits and nuts and it was still really delicious. It's always a big hit when I make bread of any sort with this mix.

Discovered this product a year ago and it's the ONLY Banana Bread mix I use. I usually use 3 bananas and add chopped Walnut pieces and on occassion, add a hand full of raisins I soak in hot water for 5 or so minutes first then drain..so they're plump up when I add it to the mix. I spray my loaf pan with PAM's bakers spray. Works like magic. I found I have to bake it a little longer than the directions say.......but turns out so moist, so flavorfull it doesn't last long at our house. Finally, something to do with those overly ripe bananas.
