Instructions
1. Remove the stem and seeds from the jalapeño peppers.
2. Juice the jalapeño peppers, lime, kale, and scallions using the So Yummy by Bella Mini Juicer.
3. Mix the juice with the yogurt to achieve a dressing-like consistency. Serve with vegetable crudités.

Kale is very fresh!!! But has changed and is now chopped into tiny pieces where half of it is stems and I spent 45 minutes picking through it would not recommend. Just give me whole fresh kale!!!

Ordered the evening of 12/21 and revived bag with expiration date of 12/24 that has a lot of moisture in the bag. Check expiration dates if you do store pickup, this looks like a new way they are clearing store inventory. Also received 2 products that expired early December with that pickup order.

This kale isn't winning any awards, but it's a solid deal. You might find the occasional wilted leaf. On the plus side, it's pre-chopped and pre-washed, which is a lifesaver when you are in a rush. Just know it's a bit drier than the kale from a regular produce store.

Found a few tiny bugs in mine. Hardly detectable unless you actually look. They were hidden in the curls of the leaves. The bag seemed fresh and didn’t have a big amount of stems like others complained of. But it def didn’t look “thoroughly washed”. Sad

It’s harder to sort through the bag to remove the stems than if I bought a bunch of kale from the fresh wall, which my target doesn’t have. This would not be good raw or in salads due to the large woody stems, but maybe ok in a soup or blended in a smoothly?

Good & Gather's Chopped Kale served as a fantastic ingredient for our kale lasagna. The flavor and texture were on point. However, I do wish that the ribs were removed during the chopping process. It can be a bit cumbersome to search through the kale and manually remove the pieces that still have them.

I ordered a bag through pick up and used it two days later. First flag was all the stems that looked so dry and rotten. Second flag was a handful of the leaves were a rotten yellow. Third flag was how off it smelled. The smell got even worse as I cooked it with bacon. Bacon usually over powers in smell but this was so rancid and sweet smelling that it’s all I could smell. I took a small bite and had to spit it out. Was a total waste of money. Such poor quality. I don’t trust any bagged kale now after how horrible this was. Only grabbing fresh kale and NOT from Target.

Ordered for pickup on a Sunday and they picked a bag of kale that expires in 3 days , and when I wanted to use it on a Tuesday ( 1 day before it expires) half the bag was yellow and smelled very bad . Do not order for pickup!! Of course I don’t have time to return it or I would!
