Chroma Absolu Bain Chroma Respect Shampoo by Kerastase for Unisex - 8.4 oz Shampoo

Usually love this brand. Tried this range for the first time and won’t be using it again. My hair felt cleaner before I washed it. Makes roots so, so greasy. Huge waste of money, and to be honest has put me off using the brand again. Only positive is it smells nice, other than that, awful product. Wish if listened to the precious reviews all saying the same.

I can’t understand the negative reviews. I have curly hair, and out of all the endless shampoos and conditioners I have used over the years, this is one of the rare ones that makes my hair feel amazing. I personally love the smell. My only criticism is the cost, the price is off the scale, so sometimes it is hard to justify it. However for now I will continue, as this product has brought my curls and hair condition back to life. I also dig. React to it on my scalp like so many others. Please don’t change or get rid of this Keratese

Probably the worst shampoo I ever tried. And all shampoo from kerastase it’s so rubbish . Tried so many different from kerastase and nothing great. Don’t want buy anymore. Rubbish

The previous version of this range was brilliant (dark pink containers). I can’t use this anymore as the smell is overpowering and makes my eyes sting. With no other scent option I had to use another range which kills my colour faster

So disappointed with wasting money on this and the conditioner after being recommended by my hairdresser after switching from the nutritive range. My hair feels oily at the roots yet dry and rough on the sensitized ends after using this. Doesn't clean your hair properly and doesn't put any hydration in. Even more worrying since using this my hair has started falling out at an alarming rate. Put me off wasting anymore money on this brand that I've been using for years.

Started using this 3 months ago along with the conditioner. It’s made my hair dry, dull and unmanageable. After washing my hair is difficult to style even with a recommended styling product. I’ve given sufficient time for this product to work before writing a review . Certainly not worth the price tag

Have used your coloured shampoo for a very long time then it was discontinued why !!! this range is not good at all and not be spending my money on Kerastase again !!

I am on my second bottle of this shampoo. I have fine hair and it feels silky with added volume after using this shampoo. I have also bought the conditioner with my latest order.

I always used the reflection range and was very disappointed when it was discontinued I've used the new replacement product once and won't be using again. It smelt awful and left my hair dull and lifeless Please bring back the reflection range! I gave it a one star rating only because I couldn't post the review otherwise!

Doesn't suit my thick hair and the smell is not nice either. Leaves my hair feeling dry and like straw even after using the conditioner as well. The Reflection range was so much better, these are expensive products which I won't be buying again, my advice is don't waste your money.

I tried this shampoo only once and made my hair very dry!!! Do not buy this- it’s not very good!

The coloured shampoo used to be amazing the new version is nothing like it don’t waste your money

This shampoo doesn’t clean hair at all I bought the whole range and was so excited to use it however it’s just not good . The shampoo is very drying and leaves a strange film behind when rinsed . So sad about this left my hair like straw I’ve always loved the colour ranges from chroma captive to reflection but this is nothing like it

This shampoo and conditioner is by far the most drying I have ever used . It makes your hair feel like it’s covered in something sticky . I’m so so gutted that they have ruined reflection range . It’s honestly the worst don’t buy

I hate this shampoo so much it’s makes my hair so weighed down and greasy after use . It’s so difficult to use and I like the wash my hair with colder water which just doesn’t work with this shampoo . Also it’s sulfate free which I don’t like ! why is there not an alternative to sulfate free when there used to be with reflection. Reflection was far superior

The shampoo left my thick hair very greasy looking. I've used Kerastase for years but now I will need to swap to another brand. The Reflection range was so good .

This replacement for the old Reflection is just awful - smell isn't pleasant and leaves my hair feeling dry and dull. Reflection was the absolute best for my hair and Kerastase have made a big mistake in my mind changing a formula that worked well. I won't purchase anymore from the Kerastase range as I've tried several to replace the Reflection, (on the recommendation of Kerastase salons) and none work anywhere near as well - very disappointed.
