I couldn't taste the lime flavor in the rice.

Despite the negative comments, I purchased this and made it this evening. It was very delicious and the whole family enjoyed. Not spicy, but just enough cilantro/lime flavor. Highly recommend for a quick flavored rice.

Used this with chicken to make a diy chipotle bowl knock off and it was so much better than everything else I’ve tried! I’ll always keep some in the pantry now!

Great cilantro flavor! Big package so not ideal for a couple. Wish it would cook quicker but I always have a package on hand!

Made this with an additional two packs of Minute Wild Rice and Quinoa mixed in and it tasted just as good if not better than Chipotle's Rice. Made delicious burrito bowls!

Been buying this for years, my kids & I love it. I don’t know why these reviews are so negative - maybe it’s just too much flavor for some people? I grew up on rice & beans and now this is my favorite rice to make with beans and chicken. I do taco bowls with it too - so good with the G&G lime crema sauce on top

Horrible smell and taste, it's like having rice with windex, not a chipotle dupe. Don't waste your money

I wish I could get a refund for the 4 bags of preppeed rice I bought. The Spanish rice had mold in the other reviews so I thought this would be better since it's a dry mix but I was very wrong. The smell and taste were so bad that I had to run outside to place it in the dumpster. The 3 c of water didn't evaporate in 20 min but the smell was so bad I threw it away even with the water layer as I woudlnt risk the smell in the sink. Smell got in my clothes and my hair. This is coming from someone that doesn't like to complain. And I took Advil after since the fans and smells were nauseating. If you look at the picture of it right before I threw it away, you can see why I felt like this. also will add that I had to immediaetly use 1 fan, 2 diffusers, vinegar and baking soda. I don't like to complain since food was a luxury in childhood so having anything to eat as an American is privilege. But, just, no. I took the Advil in an effort to regain appetite for eating the other sides I made. This isn't me exaggerating; its the truth of the experience I had with this.

This rice had a strange smell. It almost smelt sour and like mildew. Would not recommend.

This rice had a very weird taste, a fake like taste? I’ll stick to my uncle bens version of this.
