I’ve had this stir-fry pan for about a year. While I loved it at first, I’m now really disappointed—everything sticks to it, even when I use oil or butter. It’s never been used in the oven and has only ever been hand-washed. My older Tramontina nonstick pan performs much better, even after years of use.

I have the entire line of A1 scratch defense and they have been perfect. I ordered 2 more of the 2 quart pans. The steam lids are great. Easy to clean even without a dishwasher. I recommend not using any metal cooking utensils.

Great sized pan. The finish is lovely inside and out. I have a full set of these pans and needed to replace one - didn’t hesitate in going for the same sort but a size bigger than before.

So far in using this new cookware it has been great to use. I made fried eggs without any type of oil or fat in the pan. They did not stick. The cookware looks and feels like good quality.

Bought the a1 scratch defense 10 piece set and were very pleased so we ordered the 10 inch fry pan and 2qt sauce pan and lid to make the set complete.

Very happy with this frying pan and a larger one we bought a few months ago. I only wish you still made an 11 inch square griddle without the compartments, we’d love to replace the very well-loved Circulon griddle we’ve had for many years.
