So far, every omelette I made has come out perfect due to not stick into the pan. I also love making pancakes. The construction is top-notch. The hard-anodized aluminum is incredibly durable and the nonstick coating is fantastic - food releases effortlessly and cleanup is a breeze. I love that the lids are tempered glass and shatter-resistant, it gives me peace of mind while cooking. The variety of pieces in the set is also great, I have everything I need for most recipes. The straining saucepan lids with built-in colander is a game-changer, it makes draining pasta or rice so much easier. This cookware is so easy to clean up after cooking, it's a dream. Same with the bakeware. I was at my sister's house for a few days and that's where I first used this brand. After seeing how easy clean up was and how durable (she's had them for years) they were, I decided to rid of my scratched up, scratched off cookware and get some of my own. I couldn't be happier!

The size is perfect for my family's needs. We love that the non-stick is so well done! Whatever we cook slides right out with no sticking! The cleanup is a breeze. The size is excellent in that it’s deeper than a skillet but the sides are not as high as a Dutch oven style, which is perfect for my needs. We used it last night to make my world-famous chili. Afterward, all I needed to do was put the lid on it and put it in the fridge. For dinner, just pop it in the oven and you’re ready to go! Deliciousness! You'll like how the lids allow you to drain food without a strainer. It’s a nice little tough and is very appreciated! I like that the handles are silicon rather than hard steel, much more comfortable to grip. The non-stick is excellent and lives up to the Circulon name and reputation! This is a set I will continue to use for months to come. Highly recommended!

The small features like the silicone coated handles are awesome. Only complaint, everything is a little small. The smallest pot is tiny. And the large pot is barely big enough for pasta.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very impressed with this cookware set – the non-stick performance has been superb, the pots & pans are incredibly lightweight, and it’s a good mix of sizes & functionality. I was skeptical of how the nonstick would perform as the pans have a grooved design on the base and what feels like a matte finish but they’ve been fantastic. We’ve used them to cook eggs, melt cheese, sear vegetables, and pan fry steaks and the nonstick has performed flawlessly – even with the burnt-on bits. The pans feel noticeably lighter than my old set and the comfort-grip handles are a nice addition. The straining lids for the saucepans are another excellent feature that I didn’t realize we were missing. Highly recommended!

It comes with variety of different sizes of pots and pans, and I love the rubber grips on the handle. You can cook a number of things whether it be soups, omelettes, stews and more without anything sticking. A plus is clean up and washing has been a breeze. I would expect this set to last many many years to come and highly recommend it!
