Q: Hi, I switched this from Try to play mode and it won’t work unless it’s in try mode. I changed the batteries already. Am I missing something that I should be doing to make the doll work in play mode?

Would not recommended. Arms are extremity flimsy and break. We’ve had our doll 3 weeks and she is broken from just standard, normal play. Nothing crazy, no WWE activity. Save your money.

Doll Does Not Stand

Doll does not stand up. Attempted to lean it on something to help stand up which sort of helped. However, doll fell over, again, and the arm broke off. Did not fall any harder than the other times it fell. Absolutely ridiculous it’s $80 just to not perform one of its advertised features then break after less than a day.

Did not work. I was extremely disappointed. I have twin granddaughters. Ordered two of these. They sent me one that worked and one that didn't. That was not much fun on Christmas morning! I would exchange it, but there are none left.

Gave it to my 3 year old for Christmas and she loves it! Just to clarify, the batteries in it when you open it is for testing use only and need to be replaced for the doll to be more interactive. It moves around well, my daughter sits on the couch with it. It’s a little too top heavy I noticed but I just reposition the legs and it stays fine, don’t really understand the bad reviews it, it’s a really cool toy for children who love Elsa.

The arm is broke in the box. All of them were packaged with tension on arm. My niece called the elves because she was so excited and it os broke. She is devastated because Target can’t replace because they aren’t getting more in.

The doll is not well made. Keeps falling over. She is top heavy and the ergonomics were NOT taken into account. The doll says three lines. Two lines from Let it go Frozen song and one sentence. That is it. For the money paid it is NOT worth it. It is huge and that is the only appeal it has. It will take so much space but is mot safe to have with child in bed for examole as hands are stuck in a "slicing" position.

All of the boxes were demolished and some of the voice sounds were louder than others. Just make sure you test it out before you buy it! My dolls eye was also scratched up.

I wish she stood on her own but she does sit and that’s cool. The sound quality is pretty good for a doll. I thought how she “interacted” with my kids was cool.
