The macros aren’t good at all and it’s huge. so difficult to get down. just skip this and go for something else that tastes better and is better.

These protein bars aren't bad at all. I was temporarily put on a special reflux diet, and since I'm vegetarian, finding a protein source that I was "allowed" to have was challenging. This bar was fine for that. It's not extremely sweet, but it's good enough and provides protein. The texture is slightly chewy but not too much. IMO, the calorie count is a bit high for a protein bar with that many grams of protein but it's good enough for now and cheaper than some other brands.

The chocolate had a weird crumbly texture and the inside of the bar is hard, so when you take a bite, it gets everywhere. The taste is just ok, but it’s difficult to eat. This is definitely not an “on the go” protein bar.

We have a dairy allergy in the family who loves to work out. It can be super difficult to find dairy free protein for them. So happy to find these are safe. Note: normal cliff bars do have dairy. It is only the builders that don't.

This is glorified candy bar. Way too much sugar if it was lower in fat and sugar it would’ve been an amazing protein bar I recommend buying the no cow for the vegans out there way better lower in carbs in sugar amazing varieties.
