Born on a 175-mile bike ride, CLIF BAR energy bars are purposefully crafted with a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to help sustain active bodies before and during long-lasting activity. No, it is not gluten free, We do offer gluten-free products, which are clearly labeled for easy identification. No, not all Clif Bars are gluten-free. Clif Bar Energy Bars are not gluten-free. However, Clif Bar does offer some gluten-free options, such as LUNA Bars, Zbar Protein, CLIF Energy Granola, and CLIF Whey Protein. We always label “MAY CONTAIN” if there’s even the slightest chance of an allergen being present in any of our products because many products do not have a dedicated line. We understand that proper food safety goes beyond just knowing a product’s ingredients. The cookies and crème flavor really comes through. The bar is mostly chocolate with a crème flavored icing. One star off for the texture since they are just a little dry.

I love the fact that this is energy bar which means it can sustained energy when doing outdoors. I love the ingredients on this energy, more on organic which is really good. Another thing about this energy bar is its not too sweet and it fill you up quickly. It's healthy and I think it's worth buying.

My coworker tried it and said she felt like it tasted like dirt , I however didn’t feel that way, but the taste was just not there like the normal cliff bars !

I used to like peanut butter, but this is better. The texture is great. The packaging is good. You get up plenty for the money you are energized throughout the day, so that's what I love about clif bars.

This one was surprisingly better and looked more like a chocolate covered oats. It tastes very similar to a chocolate Rice Krispie treat. Both my husband and I enjoyed this and plan to keep the same flavor in our grocery rotation for a sweet snack.
