I've been a Clinique customer for over 25 years and have always used the dramatically different lotion. Recently I noticed the product is much thinner than before. Why did you change it??? My skin doesn't feel like it did before. NOT HAPPY.

I use this every day and have been looking for a great non scented moisturizer like this for a long time. I have really sensitive skin and my eyes react badly to a lot of lotions so this one is great. I am so glad I took a chance and splurged on this. Definitely notice a difference in my skin and my face is a lot softer and more luminous.

I have used this moisturizer for literally decades. I used it through my teenage years and countless acne treatments, including Accutane. I use it now during the dreaded changes of peri-menopause drying my skin. This product gently moisturizes without making you feel greasy or sticky and never causes breakouts. It's wonderful for my current combination skin and I could never recommend it enough!

The older I get the drier my skin is. I love this lotion! My skin just drinks it up and my face feels so smooth. I've tried so many facial lotions and this works the best by far. Can't be without it.

Started using this moisturizer about 3 months ago, and I am adding it to my face routine fav. It goes on light, smells pleasant, and absorbs well. I use it mostly evenings as I need something with SPF in the day. In the evenings, I use this as a base and then add my Retina cream. It keeps my aging skin looking fresh and smooth.

I heard about this product from a coworker. She was much older and her skin was so smooth. She told me she used this lotion and swore by it. I use it under my foundation in the morning and it makes a noticeable difference on how my makeup looks when applied under it vs when it is not applied. It is a great for a base under makeup. It makes my skin feel hydrated all day. I wash my face in the evening then re-apply. My skin is so used to this product that I sometimes think my skin is addicted to the product, and do not feel comfortable without it, which could be a bad thing. After, 20 plus years using this product, I have 3 noticeable wrinkles because I'm a side sleeper. But other than that I look much younger then other people my age.

Found a huge bug leg in my Clinique facial lotion after using it for a month (top is sealed so it's been in there the whole time). So grossed out, can't keep using this product even tho it's one of my go-tos. And no way to report to Ulta or Clinique?
