Q&A(23)
Q: After I pretreat my stains with Clorox stain remover 3in1, can I wash my clothes with clorox color& detergent together? Or will they counteract each other since one is oxygen based and the other hydro peroxide?!?!
A: Great question about our Clorox ColorLoad Non-Chlorine Bleach, Delizondo! Wash with detergent as usual. If unsure, test for colorfastness. Always follow product instructions and never mix them directly. We hope this helps! Shannon from The Clorox Team

Q: What is the percentage of hydrogen peroxide in this product? Is it 3%? Thank you.
A: Don’t know why the brand expert says it has 1-5% sodium hypochlorite, that is bleach. That is inaccurate.
submitted byGizmoSF - 6 months agoA: Thanks for your interest in our ColorLoad Non-Chlorine Bleach! While it contains a range of 1-5% sodium hypochlorite, the exact percentage is proprietary. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-292-2200 and share reference number 230630-000282. Hope this helps! Ashlee from The Clorox Team

Q: Can this be used to treat items with the orange stain caused by acne products?
A: Great question! Our ColorLoad Non-Chlorine Bleach works well to break apart stains with oxygen on white and color clothing. If the stain is particularly tough, you may need to pre-treat it, and we recommend trying our Clorox 2 Stain Remover & Color Brightener as it can be applied directly to stains for 5-10 minutes before washing. While we hope this helps, please call us at 800-292-2200 and mention reference number 220104-000505 if you have additional questions. Best wishes! Ashlee from The Clorox Team
submitted byClorox Brand - 3 years agoBrand expertA: the "orange stain" isnt actually a stain, but bleaching from benzoyl peroxide products. Since the pigment is bleached out of the fabric, the orange spot is permanent.

A: Hi, Jaq. Our product does not have the claim to remove bleach from colored clothes. Thanks. Riley from the Clorox team
submitted byClorox Brand - 6 years agoBrand expertA: Once an item is bleached, its dyes(colors) are literally removed/destroyed. The only way to get color back then is to use a fabric dye.

Q: It says to add in the detergent drawer with the detergent. There's no way 1/2 c of this will fit in the detergent drawer. The detergent alone fills it up. Can I not put it in the bleach compartment?
A: Hello there, and thanks for asking about this. We don't recommend using our ColorLoad Non-Chlorine Bleach in the bleach compartment of your washer. Please use less detergent as needed to ensure you have the proper amount of ColorLoad Non-Chlorine Bleach.
