This item is the worst. It tries to gather the dust, however it cannot. The mop side is gross, it doesn't fit in the bucket, the velcro doesnt hold and more. I went back to my old mop.

Within one use the fabric had already ripped. The Velcro did not stay secured so I was constantly fixing it. The swivel function is side to side only, highly frustrating. Also, it does not fit inside a bucket, making it difficult to get the entire mop wet. Overall, for what it’s supposed to do, it was ineffective. I do not recommend purchasing this item. There are many other great options.

Does not perform as advertise. It couldn’t even so much as push dust effectively. In this economy? No way. Not keeping something that can’t even do what it’s advertised to do.

A dry mop with a wand that twists and turns at the slightest friction causing the mop head to turn around and prevent any means of successfully pushing dirt into a pile. Designed and tested by people who do not clean floors themselves.

The reason I chose this over a normal mop was to have some scrub action. But this was a big waste of money.

To get the most out of this Dual Action Dust mop we suggest first going over your floors with the dust mop using the blue fringe side dry to pick up dust and hair particles. Then be sure to shake it out after use. To use wet you can either use a bucket and submerge and wring the mop head out or you can use a spray bottle to wet the areas you are going to be cleaning and going over with the mop. Hope this helps!

I wanted a microfiber mop and I saw this duel sided option for dusting and mopping. It seemed like a great idea at the time then I realized I can’t really use this to mop? If I wet it I can’t wring it out? It’s so huge and wide it doesn’t even fit in a bucket either? Maybe I’m using it wrong

Hi Margie, thank you for taking the time to write a review. The best way to use this dust mop is dry, but you can use it damp. To dampen the mop head we suggest running under water of submerging then wringing it out by hand. However, we also suggest you can use a spray bottle with your cleaning solution and spray and wipe with the dust mop. So i actually liked how easy it was to use and it was great that i can sweep and mop so easily. It doesnt sweep as good as a broom would imo but it does the job. And for a quick sweep of the floors it worked great. However it started leaking the solution after just two times using it in my house. I didnt realize it and had a full bottle with solution when i put it away only to come back two days later to realize the whole bottle had leaked out. I bought extra mop heads already so im committed to using it. Im just tilted that I have to now take the bottle out while a sweep and only put it in when im ready to mop.

I’ve bought 3 in the span of 6 months and each break after 1-2 months of use. I only kept buying because I like that you can use your own solution.

Poor product. Does not pick up dust at all. Flips over easily. Not good for mopping either. Don’t buy. Waste of money. I wish I had read the reviews.

I use this wet/damp, with my favorite cleanser to wipe down the walls and ceiling’s in my house. I rinse and repeat after each wall. My house gets dusty in those high, hard to reach areas, especially in the high corners by the ceiling. It’s also great for refreshing the paint by getting all those pesky finger prints and dirt in those high traffic areas where your walls get the most hand and body contact. Your whole room will look and smell wonderful after. Ps. Would be 5 ⭐️‘s , but the swivel can get stuck sometimes, but it’s no big deal.
