Cloud Mattress Protector - Protect-A-Bed

Best mattress protector for hot sleepers by far and away. And I can't imagine anyone sleeping much hotter than I do. Well worth the money if you have an expensive mattress you need to protect.

First time I have purchased a mattress protector, but with the recent purchase of my new hybrid mattress for my new adjustable bed, I decided to buy this mattress pad to protect my investment. I thought it might be too puffy and bulky, but it fits the new mattress like a "glove". No wrinkles whatsoever! In the future, all of my beds will have this protection.

We have had our Tempurpedic mattress and protect-a-bed for less than a year. We have never used the mattress without the cover and have only ever laundered the cover according to the instructions. When we went to rotate our mattress, we found a huge mold spot between the mattress and box spring. I don't know if our mattress is salvageable.

We just recently received the mattress protector. After washing and drying it fit perfectly on our thick mattress. There is no noise from the protector fabric. We don't even know that it's there. Four stars because we had it on the bed for less than one week. Our 4 year old Protect-A-Bed protector is still in great shape. We now have a second to change out weekly.

Fits my Tompurpedic mattresses perfectly. Use as mattress pad. This is my second set. Would highly recommend this product.

Inferior product and horrible customer service. Have been dealing with a claim now for one month. They sent me the cheapest one they carry to replace the leaky ones I had. And you HAVE to have a stain in order for them to even consider a cleaning of your mattress. I have a temperpedic mattress with urine and nothing has been done to rectify this. It is like a giant sponge that has urine on it and all they want to do it send new covers to cover my now urine soaked but not stained mattress. So what good is it to have a warranty for 10 years when all they want to is replace the cover? I spent over 4,000.00 on a mattress and now has urine and no cleaning no replacement. The whole reason I purchased this is because they supposedly were a reputable company that took great care of their customers.

I love this mattress liner. I bought one with my mattress a few years ago, and it is still awesome. So I bought another one as a reserve.

changed from queen to king. loved it on the queen bed, soft, and most importantly no noise like others with plastic. Fits perfect. Purchased first one from mattress firm, went back to purchase a king, they no longer carried - their loss-. Ordered on line, best one I have ever owned. Told my children to choose this one if purchasing new cover.

Very happy with this mattress protector for my tempur pedic bed. There is no change in sensation when sleeping on the mattress now compared to sleep comfort prior to application of the Protect-A-Bed waterproof mattress pad. Extremely satisfied.

I have a really thick mattress and this fits it. I like that it doesn't feel like plastic and it doesn't make a lot of noise. It's actually pretty comfortable to sleep on. It doesn't make you feel hot and sticky.

I put this on my latex mattress with wool top cover. The mattress protector fits great and feels good. However, it did make the mattress sleep noticeably warmer.

Nice fabric; looks like it should last well. Fits well and stays in place. I highly recommend for adjustable beds.

It's very soft but after sleeping on it a few weeks the main area where I lay isn't smooth anymore. It's sort of rumpled up as if it's too large for the bed. It fits fine around the bed so it's clearly not too big. I don't understand why this has happened after only a few weeks of use. This was to replace one purchased about 9 years ago and the same issue happened with that one - however I used it for years before it happened. I'm not happy about it and wonder if they are making them much cheaper than before.

I love these protectors. We use the Bamboo and Luxury Tencel Lyocell ones. Yes, they do wear with multiple machine washings for a few years but if hand washed they serve longer. They work wonderful and my favourite thing - they are breathable and you don't feel hot sleeping on them (of course with a bed sheet on top). Would recommend!

You have to report within 5 days of the incident, or warranty is invalid. Please bear in mind.

This product is not good for 10 years. Despite mine only being 4 years old it allowed my son's urine (toddler who wet the bed) leak onto my very expensive mattress. Despite following directions my warranty claim was denied because the defect was from laundering. The product was cared for exactly as directed by the manufacturer tag. Scam.

Recently I had an injury to my arm that required bandages and a wrap to keep my injury protected. Unfortunately, during the night it all got loose and when I awoke in the morning, there was blood down my arm and a small pool of blood on my bed sheet that had soaked into my Tencel Protect-A-Bed that had dried; happily when I looked at my mattress none of the blood went thru the Protect-A-Bed, it did exactly what it is designed to do that's in its name - totally truth in advertising. What made me even happier was how all the blood easily washed out, completely. I placed the stained section of the Protect-A-Bed into the sink with some cold water to soak and came back 15 minutes after I got off the phone. When I returned to clean it, most of the blood floated right off, yes, the rest came out easily with a bar of soap, soft brush, and cold water - very happy! To complete the cleaning of the rest of the mattress protector, I placed it into the cloths washer, when it came out of the dryer, low heat, it looked great! Earlier this year I contacted Protect-A-Bed and worked with Denis, excellent customer Service.

You don't know it's on the bed but it keeps it clean and helps me not notice sweating as much during the night.

I bought the Luxury model due to the claims of keeping you cool while you sleep. I wake up with wet sheets and wet pajamas from sweating. The only thing I changed on my new $2700 mattresswas this protector. Mattress King won't honor their 120-day sleep comfort warranty unless this protector is used. This was a total waste of money and makes for a miserable night's sleep!

Purchased this product along with a brand new Serta Mattress. After 5 months of owning the bed w/ protector on it all the time. We moved and took everything off the mattress to find MOLD growing all over the bottom of our brand new mattress. It is stated in the warranty for this product that if anything happens they will replace your mattress. Well apparently not. They have given us the run around between serta, mattressfirm, and themselves. No one wants to take responsibility for the defect. Im super disgusted at all fo their lack of customer service especially in such a hazardous health issue. If i clean the mold off of the mattress myself I will void the warranty on my mattress.....
