Q: Why will this not go in my cart?
A: This is SO frustrating! I’ve been trying to order for months too!
submitted byErin - 4 years agoA: I'm assuming their system can't handle the amount of people trying to buy it or its not actually in stock to ship. I have found that when it says a certain store around you has it in stock that its pretty accurate. IF you can get there before someone else buys them. Getting them shipped or even trying to buy and go pick up doesn't look like an option at the moment. Thats how I ended up getting my 2 JJ's. I seen which stores had it in stock and went to the store. A couple times I was too late but it finally paid off. If it says in stock, don't be afraid to ask someone about it if its not on shelf..they will find it for you or find out for sure if someone had just bought them before you got there. My twins are crazy about this show!
submitted byTwinmom - 5 years agoA: This has been an on going problem for months. I have been trying to get this doll for my niece and nephew since August for their birthdays. I get the alert that its in stock, I immediately try to add it in my cart and it won't add. I have tried on my phone, tablet and laptop and all the same problem. Target seems to have no answers as to why this happens. Super frustrating!

Like as soon as my phone dings I literally hop on and it’s always “something went wrong” when I try to add it to my cart. I even opened a chat with a Target representative. They couldn’t answer my question why it was doing this and to not worry because it’ll be in stock again. Yeah ok...

submitted byBee - 4 years agoA: I’ve been experiencing the same thing everyone has mention both here and with their competitor. It would appear that people are just buying them up and then reselling them at ridiculous escalated prices.

Q: Why have the option to put on cart..or ship it and not able to???? It's been like this for days..
A: I just spoke to a rep I couldn't add it to my cart either...it's out of stock.

submitted byKC - 5 years agoA: Finally added it to my cart - paid for it - used my 25% coupon. Two hours later told sorry no longer available! Not to mention when I asked will I get my coupon back said Sorry one time use only! Target - need to go get immediatly when ordered.

Q: Ridiculous that you can’t add it to the cart and this has been an ongoing probably that evidentially hasn’t been dealt with or handled!
A: I call Today and talked to someone in the toy department and he said that Cocomelon jj doll has not been in stock for 2 months??

Q: How can we wash this doll?
A: Thanks for your question! A damp cloth can be used to spot clean the affected area as needed. Your doll should not be washed in the machine washer or submerged in any way.

Q: Does this has flame retardant chemicals sprayed or placed anywhere on this toy?
A: All toys pass flammability elements as part of ASTM testing and most elements don’t ignite – there is no spray.

Q: Where is the volume control on this doll??? This is suppose to be a bedtime doll and the volume is at an actual unhealthy decibel level.

I apologize, but there is currently not a way to lower the volume, as the voice box did not get manufactured with volume control. Q: Why does Target keep posting it when it does not let you pick any of the options to purchase it? I spoke with a representative and NOTHING has been done to fix this.
