CoQ10 is something I believe every young adult and up should be taking for preventative measures. I highly recommend, being in the natural industry for over 15 years.. very few are liposomal. This is liposomal, which means it is bound to a fat base to make it fat soluble! Their vitamin E is the base. For ease of shopping, the vitamin E is sourced from rice bran!

This is by far my favorite CoQ10 supplement. It's odorless, easy to swallow and has no side effects. I take CoQ10 for heart health and energy. I definitely feel the effects of this CoQ10 vs others that I've used. Excellent quality for a great price.

I really like the once a day dosing and that it contains Vitamin E. It's also a great deal for forgetful people like me that it comes in a 2-month supply. I've always had great success with CodeAge supplements and this one is as good as the rest I have taken.
