This really helped with my joint pain. Moringa is a great supplement to take for overall health and well being, but the addition of the turmeric and black pepper also took care of my wonky knees. I'm sleeping better and have greater energy throughout the day too!

As I age I have been looking for products with lots of benefits and I came across this product. It's part of my daily routine now as I take two capsules in the morning and not only has my hair improved but i feel like I don't retain as much water/swelling as used too. Diabetes and high cholesterol runs in the family, and as I approach 50, I'm trying to monitor my health to make sure I keep things in check. I don't like to use meds, so I thought I'd try this first. So far so good. There is no taste or aftertaste, which is 1 thing I was concerned about. And while I don't know yet if it is helping to stabilize blood sugar and cholesterol levels, I do feel more energy and clarity of mind. And maybe some improvement in my arthritic knee as well.
