It has an extremely strong unpleasant flavor and the consistency of thick oil. I tried mixing it with juice and they still couldn’t take it. It’s not a small portion either.

With a focus on health I got my whole family on the bandwagon of evaluating the supplements that they are taking. I paired this with a few others to help my immune compromised teen get the best advantage. With occasional antibiotic use, I knew how important it was for her to have the basic vitamin foundation. Teens still like to take liquid! This is her preference and this supplement works well because she will take it!
