I thought I found a dairy free creamer, but apparently there's a difference between dairy free and non dairy? this advertises that it's non dairy , so I'm thinking there's no dairy but apparently there's a milk derivative, which means there's milk which means my stomach is now messed up.

Why do you keep changing the recipes to my favorite creamer? About 15 years ago you did it to French vanilla. Maybe 3-4 years ago it was hazelnut. Now it is my all time favorite, italian sweet cream. Around 20 years ago you canceled amaretto. I probably bought around 2-3 gallons a month. Now I just don't want to go through taste testing till I find one I like. Found out that raw sugar and half and half taste real good and doesn't leave a film all over the inside of my mouth. 😡😞🤬 p.S. I really don't care what the packaging looks like so long as what is in it is superior

I have used this creamer for years and just bought two bottles that taste nothing like the others. The new taste is horrible. I'm not sure what happened and if and why this was changed recently, but this is awful. The older version tasted a bit like maple syrup and melted ice cream and the new tastes nothing like that. It also seems thicker.

What can I say? I was once a lover of the Italian Sweet Cream coffee creamer. It was absolutely divine. I do not know why the ingredients/recipe changed but it is now absolutely terrible. I agree with other reviews - it tastes sour. I also find it leaves an awful aftertaste in my mouth. I tried other flavors (to include the Natural Bliss line) and they all have the same, sour taste. It's unfortunate because I will now buy a competitor's product or switch to flavored coffee since Carnation's products have become undrinkable.

Sneaking in Sucralose into the regular creamers we've used for YEARS is gross and dishonest. It ruins the taste! People who want fake sugar buy the sugar free version, I personally along with most of your regular base, will NEVER buy anything with fake sugars, you guys are making a big mistake.

This creamer is hot garbage. Nestle lied and said they are bringing back the old formula, but it's still the crappy soybean oil version. Never again. It's just plain GROSS.

I've never had the Coffee Mate Italian Sweet Cream taste this bad before. It came across as if they had ruined a batch by using a little sour cream. And when they realized it they decided to drown it with salt to cover the mistake. I'm not sure what happened here.

I'm very disappointed in the taste of my once favorite Italian sweet creamer. I will no longer purhase this or any Carnation product. Within the past year or so, something with the process has changed and greatly affected the flavor. It now tastes like watered down sugar. I found a much better creamer where WATER is not an ingredient. Your creamer was once a staple item in my kitchen but not anymore.

First off I am not one that writes reviews. But this has gotten old.Years ago when I found Coffee Mate Italian Cream Creamer it was GREAT. No other creamer came close to the rich creamy flavor of it. Then COVID came along. I noticed that the taste changed after COVID and not for the better. I thought maybe it was me, but that was not the case. Eventually the taste got better, but it was never as good as the original creamer that I so enjoyed. Then yesterday I went to the store and bought two containers of creamer. Only to find once again that the flavor has changed.This stuff is NOT GOOD! Over the past several years I have wasted a lot of money on your creamer. Always hoping that the original flavor would return. But the flavor that I am tasting this morning doesn't cut it. It's not even close to the original flavor. As much as I hate it I think I am done with Coffee Mate Creamer.

First, this creamer is sweet (5g of carbs per tablespoon) so I knocked off a star. Even reducing by 1 carb would be helpful. But... it's delicious. It sweetens without changing the taste of the coffee.

Those are invalid reviews. In fact, I can no longer find ANY reviews that AREN'T part of the free sample program. Nestle, you are a dishonest company, and your coffee mate still sucks. Bring back the original, WAY better tasting recipe.
