[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t really care for this mouthwash. The taste was pepperminty and nothing extraordinary. I suppose having a bigger bottle would be convenient for busy people who don’t like to purchase often but it was cumbersome to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed getting to try Colgate Total Active Prevention Peppermint Mouthwash. It’s alcohol free and has a nice light peppermint flavor. My mouth feels clean afterwards and it helps with bad breath. This is a great alcohol free mouthwash that doesn’t burn your mouth.

My family has used the peppermint flavor of Colgate Total mouthwash for years. We recently purchased several bottles with the new package design. Upon opening one, a change in flavor was immediately apparent. A check of the ingredients list confirmed my suspicion - the formulation now contains sucralose. Numerous studies indicate that this and similar artificial sweeteners can contribute to serious health conditions. My family do our best to avoid these ingredients, and it's disappointing to learn that we now need to change mouthwash brands.

It had a decent fresh breath timeframe, but it didn’t have me feeling a complete full mouth clean. I had cilantro and I could still slightly taste the cilantro after washing my mouth, which is not the case with my current wash.

It leaves your breath fresh, minty and also clears your sinuses. I will definitely purchase when I need more.

I used it more for gum pulling. I normally use SmarthMouth but if my normal isn't available, this product would be my next go to.

They say it was a design change but the new mouthwash tastes horrible. Idk what they did to it but I might move on to something else. I've bought this for years. Very disappointed.

I began using this mouthwash nightly and enjoyed the sharp peppermint flavor that protected my teeth. I definitely feel like my breath is fresher and my oral hygeine has improved. I'm glad my teeth are protected from gingivitis, plaque, tartar buildup.

Strong peppermint and fresh scent on your breath plus a clean feel in your mouth all over teeth tongue and gums. I highly recommend everyone should use a mouthwash in between brushings and possibly before bed such a great bottle for a good value.

Not to strong leaves breath and mouth feeling clean. 24 hour antibacterial protection ADA Accepted. Cap is not hard to open and close. Great for children 12 and older as well as adults. Very impressed will purchase again and recommend for anyone.
