I’ve only taken this in one 12 mile hike. Held up fine and clipped easily to my dog’s pack. Could be a little more rugged but snapped open and stayed watertight. I’m replacing a fabric collapsible bowl so I liked that this was dryer but the not crushable aspect is taking time to get used to.

I’m currently using these for my kittens. It’s easy for them to reach their pate food when this bowl is collapsed. That way I don’t need to keep using disposable plates to feed them. I am going to buy another one so they can each have one.
