I was so incredibly disappointed to FINALLY get this item in the mail and it be metal not glass, I bought this for my grandma who is not well, they moved her to a different room where she is staying and the new room has a ton of light from the window, she can't do much so I wanted to get her something to make her room look beautiful with all the colors and I thought what better than a stained glass window hanger! She can no longer read or write and just wants beautiful things to look at, while this is beautiful…. It is METAL allowing no light to pass through it to make her room all sorts of beautiful colors. I am afraid if I waste time with returning it and buying something new she won't be able to appreciate it for as long. I am so disappointed I wish the description stated more clearly that this is METAL not glass at all and will not have the same effect as glass when light shines on it

For some reason the light does not filter through and it's not transparent. I moved it to six different windows and the sun will not go through the colors. Very disappointed. I ordered a new one from a different place.
I would buy this product again!

This is a nice wall hanging but is not for a window. It doesn't let light shine through.
