The tree is very scraggly, no green to fluff up, several gaps between rows. Poinsettias are not able to be reshaped. Would not order again.

However, I was really disappointed in this tree. It states in the catalog that it is prelit. When I opened the box the lights were not on the tree and the poinsettias are terrible and it looks nothing like in the catalog. I wish to return this item and need info on how to do so. Thank you. #sweepstakes

I order another of the pull-up Christmas tree this year after thoroughly enjoying one last year. I wanted two last year but was afraid I wouldn't like them and with the cost I only ordered one. The product looked good and visitors complimented how pretty the tree was. It is very easy to put up and take down.

I used it for a substitute Christmas tree since I had some health limitations this year that prevented me from getting a real tree. I was disappointed in the product because the picture made it look better than it really is. It should have more branches on it so you don't see the spoke of the tree in the middle which is too prominent.I had to put a lot of garland on it to make it acceptable.

The tree I received does not look like the picture, it is very scraggly and doesn't go to the floor but about a foot up. Although when lit up it looks not too bad but would not recommend or buy again.

Very very bad I was very disappointed. I wanted one for years. I finally got one. I thought the lights were already on it the way that it reads it had very few point tis on it and there was a small I had to add a second set of lights to the second one because the lights don't work on the first one and they sent me a second one that won any better. I had to put more lights on both of them I need more points that is they look nothing like the picture,
