I had this tree thefor about three weeks and the light feature started blinking like a strobe light so I won't be able to use anymore. I'm very disappointed.

Had a football party over the weekend. Several people commented on the tree. They really liked it.

After a out a week, the lights started to flicker on and off sometimes staying off for several seconds. Is this normal?

I have had the tree for about 10days and does not work, the system is flawed. This the second tree I ordered and the same happened to the tree

It is so cute and the perfect size for the table by my window. The lighting is beautiful, and you can rotate it or not as you want.

I bought two and with in a few weeks it stopped turning and some of the lights were out.

Bought two and after using a month they stopped rotating and one the lights even went out.

I bought it for my daughter and myself and it stopped rotating in about 4 weeks after we had them. It happened to hers about the same time and her lights didnt work either.

I had an older version similar to this tree (was about 30 years old, lights died just after last Christmas). I was excited to find a place still carrying them. I was upset when ordered when the amount the page said would be charged was wrong (was quite a bit higher) - but after I emailed their support they partially explained what happened, so I let that go. Tree got here, later than I thought it would with expedited shipping, but at least it got here, and was easy to setup and looked great. After about 1 week of using it roughly 2 to 3 hours/night, the lights started flickering. I was worried it might have a short, was going to return it then, but then the lights went back to normal. Today I tried to turn it on after work - no more lights! Only lasted 2 weeks. The motor to turn it works, but lights are gone. Going to request refund right now. Save yourself the hassle

Perfect Size Christmas Tree for where I wanted it on a table in the hallway facing the front door. As people walked in they could see the tree all light up. It also spins which is an added feature. the first one that arrived, the lights did not work. It had the spinning feature and that worked but no lights. I was disappointed at first but decided to call customer service about returning the tree for an exchange. The person who helped me (did not get her name) said she would have a new one sent out. It came a few days later and behold this one worked. Now I am happy and my house looks very festive.

I was very pleased with the Christmas tree. Not only does it light up, but it rotates as well. I added a few ornaments and.it was beautiful, setting on a round table with all the gifts under it. As I am handicapped and can`t manage a larger tree, this was perfect for me and my family.

The tree is very nice and I'm very pleased with it's look and operation. My wife loves it so much I bought a second one and they haven't been turned off since I received them. And thanks for the expeditious delivery. We will enjoy them all through the Christmas season.

Very disappointed. I thought it would have more colors of lights. It's just green and white. Not what the picture showed.

I live in a small apartment and cannot accommodate a large Christmas tree...this tree is perfect, and the fiber optics are beautiful
