Comes with ornament hanger for hanging on tree. Santa DOES NOT walk up ladder, stays in one place singing Jingle Bells. Piece of junk. His feet do not climb the ladder.😭😭😭

Mine did not climb the whole ladder; kept getting to the same spot not even half way up the ladder. It played the music but would have been nice to have had more verses. To have been able to climb the whole ladder. I had new batteries in them so it wasnt that. Might have just been the way they had you put the ladder together.

We gave this to our son-in-law. He was so very happy to receive it as he had always thought of getting one. So he put it together right then and watched it as it went up and down with the music. Well, after a bit...the music got to him and he had to turn it off. So as long as the continued music doesn't bother you, it will be great!!

The product is flimsy and made from cheap plastic. Does not work correctly. The return fee was more than the price paid.

The top ladder part was very difficult to fit into the middle part. I finally got it together, but now that I want to take it apart, I can't get the two pieces apart. Santa only goes halfway up the ladder and when he gets back to the bottom he just stays there moving his feet for a while before going back up the ladder. Again, only half-way. Never anywhere near the top. Very disappointed in this product.

The Santa doesnt climb all the way up or all the way down like it should, but the feet are still moving like it wants to continue to climb or descend.
