I have reordered Totes boots each time I wore them out. They are my favorite brand of winter boots. For some reason they have made the tops shorter than they use to be. That is ok with me but I was just wondering. Maybe to cut the cost of production. They are such a reasonable price. They do run a little small. I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfect.

Normally, I wear a size 9.5 narrow. Ordered a size 10 and they are a whole size too small. It is also difficult to zip them up without catching the fabric in the zipper. Not the same quality as my old pair.

I have bought Totes before, and i know the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the Snowflake Waterproof Boots were not what I remember. The size 9M were short with a narrowing sole. They were uncomfortable to wear, so I passed them on to a relative who wears a size 8M; she said they were acceptable.

Not as waterproof as you would hope. Ordered in Sept, on backorder, was sent wrong item in Dec. Was given conflicting stories by different employees, resulting in such a delay I never got anything I ordered, Please double check any refunds given, as you could be charged for postage to return incorrect items sent. This will result in extra time reviewing your bills and calls to customer service to correct this. I will say that the full amount was returned within a fair period.
