The yellow frame is exactly the color I was after. Unfortunately the item description is inaccurate. It states the opening is glass but it turns out it is very thin clear plastic. I think that material will get easily scratched when cleaning and most likely those scratches will be visible. It reminds me of the plastic I use to create my cookie cutter stencils with. Also, the frame comes with the hanging hardware unattached. It includes one teethlike mounting plate and two screws. I think I might have kept the frame if the insert was actual glass. No wonder the box was so light. For reference, I ordered the 18x24 frame.
