I use affordable drugstore makeup and higher end makeup. Whatever looks great on me is what I will use. NARS changed their blushes. Now I use ColorPop Swirled Blush and Prairie Air together to get a color similar to one of NARS most popular blushes. Since ColorPop blush is a matte finish, top it with ColorPop Super Shock Highlighter! Flexitarian is golden and Monster is pink. Beautiful colors from ColorPop at affordable prices!

When I first started learning how to do makeup to heal my inner girl and fix my relationship with toxic femininity, this is the first blush I reached for and it stayed as a consistent blush I always keep as an essential! I have the shade "Shortbread" and it's perfect for my skin ton! I prefer a "no makeup" makeup look and shortbread doesn't disappoint! The formula is smooth and matte! It's super beautiful and doesn't make me look too flushed or washed out!

Hardly any pigment. This isn’t simply a sheer blush because I can tell the difference. I tried applying and attempting to build up the color but it’s as if the color wouldn’t adhere despite me having put a moisturizer and primer on prior. The color is really pretty in the pan but this formula is dollar store quality. Try Elf powder blushes for a similar price point but better color payoff.
