Q: Hi! I didn’t get any screws or a manual, can you let us know what kind of screws we need to hang it and how to measure correctly?

A: Dear customer, thank you very much for your feedback, we are so sorry for the issue. Please kindly use 2 M3*45mm screws to hang this mirror. Measure the distance between the two holes on the back of the mirror and mark it on the wall with a pen, then drive in the expansion screws and hang the mirror, if you don't have this screw, please kindly email us at target@pop-maison.com to let us send you a replacement. Q: I did not get an installation manual with my mirror - is there an online version? There's only two hooks and then 2 screws, this looks harder to measure correctly, rather than using a wired backing.

The look and quality of this mirror are both amazing! But hanging it correctly was a bit of an ordeal since it only two "hooks" on the back located at about 10 & 2 if you used a clock. This means you need a good deal of measurement to get it just right before you drill the anchors into your wall and insert the screws. Once that is done, hanging it onto the screws is also difficult becuase the hooks go inward a bit making the top of the mirrow ultra flush with the wall that it's hard to tell if you have it right? My mirror included the screws and anchors but zero instructions. It is also pretty heavy so was definitely a two person operation. It is up and beautiful, but the top is very flush to the wall and the bottom has about a 1/4" of space. I love the price so it was worth all of the extra trouble but honestly there are much easier ways to hang a mirror than using the two hooks!!
