Q: Hi I am interested in this topper for my king size bed in my RV and I know that I might have to cut some off on the edge. Are you able to cut this topper and not cause damage to it?

Q: My foam pad has been out for about 72 hours and is still mostly deflated. is there something I should be doing to inflate it more?

Q: I have a memory foam mattress, but when i sit on it, i feel the box spring. Will this add more softness under the memory foam so i won't feel the box spring?

Q: I just got my king size topper delivered. I measured my mattress it is 76 in by 77 in. But the topper is about 6 in to short and not wide enough by 7 in. Should i get cali king?

Q: Can you make the foam mattress smaller than a twin bed?

A: Hey Justice, Thank you for reaching out to us. This twin size topper will measure 74 x 37.5 inches and we don't recommend cutting it to a smaller size as it will void the 3-year warranty. However, if you don't mind voiding the warranty, then the topper can be trimmed with a bread knife, electric knife, or any other foam cutting tool. Deeply disappointing. After 6 weeks, while washing my sheets, I discovered two large cracks in the foam. One night later, the cracks expanded all the way through, rendering the mattress topper unusable. It could not be repaired with foam adhesive. I weigh 145 pounds and the bed was used only for sleeping - this should not have happened. I'll be returning the item to Target and will not buy from Lucid again.

It is really comfortable but I have had it for less than a year and it has already started to break. There are large cracks forming in the foam just from regular sleeping habits.

Smell won't go away after several months and falling apart

It still has a chemical smell after several months that causes irritation and watery eyes, and it's slowly falling apart, leaving bits of foam all over the semi-truck making the chemical smell issue worse. There also seems to be no option to get a cover for it either to try and remove the smell.

I have had this mattress topper open and flat on the bed for four days now. It had expanded in the middle of the bed but the sides are only one inch thick. I will also be contacting the company directly about it. Don’t waste your money. I don’t even know how to return this mess

We opened up the item to air out and expand and it has barely expanded at all. It has been two days so far and the item is no where near the 4” it says and is not even the proper length or width for a king.

This topper took about 3 hours to fully inflate and it was very stiff at first which I didn’t mind tbh. But after sleeping on it for about 3 days it got squishy and I love it ! You should get a mattress pad to put on top of it though just to protect it if anything spills on your bed cause it will absorb anything.

The description reads "ULTRA PLUSH: This 4 inch topper adds an ultra-plush layer to your too-firm mattress". I purchased this item and have waited the recomended 48 hrs for it to fully airout and reform. This topper is exrta firm, nothing about it is plush. It feels like you are laying on a bed of cement; it slowly sucks you into a 4" deep hole that is almost impossible to move from. Our mattress is already too firm this just made a extra firm 4" hole that I could not escape from. It is also about 2" short on either side of our king.
