"little old lady shoes" look because of rounded toe

Top presses against leg, little old lady looking shoes, would look better without the super rounded toe. While they fit well width and length wise, the tongue pressed hard into my leg just while sitting down, and would certainly cause pain and blistering while walking around. If not for the super rounded toe, they would look nice enough to wear instead of having the "little old lady" look, like shoes a podiatrist would prescribe. Also the zipper on the inner side of the shoe catches a little on the guard flap that prevents your skin or sock from catching in the zipper. A couple of minor changes these could be decent and fashionable shoes.
