I moved to the U.S. to escape the war, and this is my first Christmas in a new country. Hoping to create a festive atmosphere, I ordered a Christmas tree from your store, trusting the photo on your website. I was sure I would receive a beautiful, lush tree that would help me feel some warmth and comfort during this difficult time. However, what I received is drastically different from what I expected. The tree looks sparse, low-quality, and nothing like the picture. My holiday is ruined, and I cannot express how painful it is to realize this, especially when I just wanted to bring a little joy into my life after everything I’ve been through. I expected better quality and care, especially from a major brand like Target. I am deeply disappointed that instead of feeling the joy of Christmas, I am left with nothing but frustration and sadness.

This tree is NOTHING like the picture. I didn’t get 5 minutes into it before deciding it had to go back. It was impossible to fluff enough. And tit isn’t pre lit. It comes with a box of lights.

Not 6.5 feet! Tops it’s 6 feet and as other reviews say it’s not “prelit” it comes with two boxes of lights.

When it says ‘pre lit’ it means it comes with a box of ugly multicolor lights along with the tree. When taking it out of the box one of the branches fell off. I’m returning it
