I don’t know what was worse the customer service from 3M or the product. It last a total of three days and decided the fall. Contacted the company and they basically stated that it was my fault and suggested: 17044-ES Canvas Hanger, holds up to 3lbs and 18x24 canvas 17045-ES Jumbo Canvas Hanger, holds up to 5lbs and 24x36 canvas 17047-ES Universal Picture hanger, holds up to 5lbs and 11x17. This product requires hardware on your canvas or framed item to be used. 17048-ES Jumbo Universal Hanger, holds up to 8lbs and 18x24. This product requires hardware on your canvas or framed item to be used.

I used the strips to hang up a christmas wall hanging. When I went to pull down on the strip, it split off. The rest of the strip was still on the wall. I pull that off and it pulled off the PAINT! I tried to add a photo but it's not letting me do that.

Product Failure Resulting In Light Damages

I bought this less than a year ago to hang a 2 pound skateboard deck on my wall as a decoration. Today i woke up to it crashing down on to my ps4, which is not under it but is near where i hung the board. I cleaned my wall and deck before hanging it so i know dirt had nothing to do with it falling.
