Firstly- it needs 4 AAA batteries to work. That's a lot of remote batteries to use, when two AA's would have been more convenient and affordable. Next issue- it took a cpl days to get the soap to dispense and, once it started dispensing, it would stop dispensing every so often. So it only works when it wants to. I got this to help a certain young person to help curtail soap waste, but it has created more problems than solved them.
