You can't have post menopausal hair. Has to be thick already. This is a strange setup and looks goofy to put on yourself. More appropriate for someone with hair experience to put up for you

The form is very helpful and the hair tie is strong. However the Bobby pins that come with the set are a joke. They do not hold everything in place for extended wear.
