I love the Snapseal and the fact that it is double insulated! Had it for over 5 years and it still gets the job done.

Great product, coffee stays hot, easy to clean. I've purchased a few of these over the years and end up with same issue on all of them. The seal begins to leak within a couple of months. Since I've been unable to find replacement parts, I end up throwing the cups away. The seal needs to be redesigned, it's two small and thin. Looks like nothing more than a rubber band.

Keeps everything hot or cold for hours. Have had mine for 6 years plus

Purchased 2 of these 2 years ago and both lost their thermal seal they will not keep anything hot or cold.

Just brought it and my coffee stays warm and it is very slim and portable

Just bought a new one because I lost my 8 yr old contigo travel mug. Love that thing! Never had a problem with it.

Lid frustrating to put on. Always ends up crooked unless you take 30 seconds to screw it on straight. Leaks if rubber o-ring is not put in properly, which is near impossible to get in straight anyway, so 50% of the time it leaks. Leaks when o-ring buckles and twists when lid is tightened. You can't see it's twisted as lid is on so it leaks even though you think it's going to be okay. Drinks don't stay hot for very long - has a plastic lid so all the heat escapes out the top. Even if I put in super hot coffee, doesn't last hot for very long. Lid is awful to drink out of. Leaks around your mouth when trying to sip it, who designed this? It is rubbish and going in the bin!

I love the way I can put my coffee in this cup and drop it in my purse and it doesn’t leak. I use this cup for my water, coffee and Coke

I received this as a gift to use for work, It did keep my tea hot but unfortunately the snap seal leak proof lid is NOT leak proof, mine leaked from under the lid area and all in my work bag, so disappointed as I have tried many different travel containers was hoping this was the one 😞

This mug is perfect for keeping my coffee really hot for over an hour ( when it lasts that long) Highly recommend this product. Trying to buy another one as a gift. Sold out atm😪

I have been using Contigo cups and so has my entire family for the past 10+ years. No more water bottles floating in the ocean. My kids, grandkids siblings and parents all use these cups everyday!

Bought this thinking the lid was going to be amazing for traveling and for work. The snapseal closes easily, however it is super hard to release the snapseal. I bought 2 of these cups and both lids are super hard to open. Very disappointed.

It keep ice cold drinks….I COLD! I have bought them for friends and family, I use mine everyday.

Nice mug. Especially for the price.
