Bottle looks good and worked great for one refill. After filling it the 2nd time the straw no longer works. Sucking on the mouthpiece will only draw air and a splash of water. I checked all the potential spots for air to enter the straw, the top connection is tight, no obvious gaps anywhere. The spout no longer flips up, so it appears the spring has failed, difficult to see. An expensive water bottle when it works only one time.

First Water Bottle bought in 25 years and this one was as miserable as it could have been. I pushed the button that opened the straw and when the bar was pushed to open the mouth piece WATER CAME WATERFALLING ALL OVER THE PERSON’S DESK, FLOOR IN FRONT AND BACK AND MADE A DISASTER BIG TIME.

Straw material breaks easy

I love the shape and size of these water bottles but the rubber piece that bends for the bottle to close broke on my original one within 3 months and I had it warrantied just for that one to break in the same amount of time. When this breaks all suction is lost and the straw is no longer usable.

This was a gift that immediately became my favorite! I've had it for around three months. I my ice-filled water bottle everywhere! It can stay in the car all day and the ice never melts! Sadly, I'm no longer able to use it and am too embarrassed to tell the person who gave it to me. The water spout no longer works. I have tried opening to see if something fell off or is out of place, but it seems to be fine. I .made sure the straw and seal was in place Thinking there was a replacement part, I searched, but I wouldn't even know what to replace since it looks okay. As a Contigo fan with several coffee containers, I am disappointed after only a few months. I'm drinking out of one of my coffee mugs now. It's an older "autoseal" model. It's been dropped and tossed many times, and aside from the color scrapped off and dings here and there, it still keeps my coffee hot!

My son uses this bottle every day. Keep water cold for good time. Cleaning is easy as you can put in the dishwasher, and you are good. It is leak proof.

I love everything about this water bottle. However the mouthpiece ripped and there's no replacement parts for autospout lids and that's extremely upsetting! Having a nice water bottle is meant to reduce waste and you are encouraging waste by making consumers buy a whole new bottle. By not providing replacement pieces or the proper tools to take apart and clean, you are doing everyone a disservice. Wake up contigo, we want to fix what's broken, not throw it away. Are you truly with us?

I loved this water bottle while it worked. It was a nice size and came in a great color selection. The mouth piece had a comfortable shape and latch opened and closed easily. Unfortunately the spout became damaged and no longer holds a seal making the bottle useless as you can't drink though the mouth piece. I would like to add I handwashed only and only owned the bottle for <2 months.

Contigo bottles are my to go favorite always since years back! Recently went to the beach and found that I forgot my kids contigo water bottle, obviously I choose an Ashland design because is looks big enough and same system as the ones I forgot, super easy for them and mess free. I’m so disappointed the mess free part is so Not there . Every single time the bottle lean to a side the stream of water comes out even when it’s close. Writing this from the car with a whole carpet full of water because the bottle en up at the floor and I wasn’t able to pick it up. It’s that normal?

After years of having to put tons of ice in my son’s water bottle to keep it cold all day, I knew I needed to invest in a stainless steel one. He has always been comfortable with the mouthpiece on contigo straw cups so I was delighted to find that they put out a stainless steel bottle. We’re currently on our 4th bottle in 6 years and will continue to buy them for years to come!

Less than one month and it’s broken. The problem happened in the connector between the place where you suck the water and the straw. No way to fix. Very delicate product. Every time that I open the suck place, it spills the liquid that still In the straw out!

Love the bottle. But for some reason, after a few months, it started giving me some issues with drinking, can't suck the water up and it makes a vacuum leak noise. I noticed that some of the other reviews are having the same problem. Is there a replacement lid for that bottle, I have the 32 oz one.

Love it as a simple water bottle. It doesn't leak and keeps cold for hours. Bad thing is that after few washes spout gets nosy and it can backfill and spray you if you don't release the pressure, usually happens when shaking bottle to mix addins.

I have this in the Night Flower design, we bought it less than a year ago. It is no longer possible to get water out of it, as hard as I may try, I'm only sucking air out of the full water bottle. We now have to replace this one.

Would be 5 stars if you could purchase autospout replacement lids. Well used bottle, and I don't expect parts to last forever, but the spout tore near where the straw inserts and now leaks and you cannot suck up water. Sure there are other lid types that could fit, but I really like the features of the autospout. Would be willing to buy if they were available!

Drinks remain at desired temp all day!! However, the straw is a issue!!! It takes " forever " to line it back up to the straw holder. The lines are easy to see but no matter which length is chosen; no liquid comes up the straw! It's enough of a dysfunction to not use this Contigo entirely.
