This is a prefect gift for your toddlers. My daughter loves to read and hear stories she’s only 4 yrs old already reading easy books. And this tablet made it so much easier because she can be playing with her toys and listening to the stories at the same time. Just like us adults while we’re cooking and cleaning we’re either listening to music or listening to a book. So my mother thought of a good idea to get my daughter this.

We tried to use this for two days and have not touched it since. It will not allow games to be played or settings changed. Continues to have error messages. The screen has scratch marks on it which are not from us. On top of it all it this was ordered online but can only be returned to a Target store which is no where near us.

Runs horrible freezes all the time. Nothing will load. I tried to return it, and the lady said they couldn't take it back because everyone that buys them tries to return them so they won't let them take them back anymore! Complete waist of money!!

I wish I would have an option to give zero star I have bought them laterally a month ago and both started giving problems one goes off Wi-Fi again and again then could not be turned on after restarting works fine other one yesterday muted I no sound is coming out of it after rebooting/ restarting / resetting nothing helping I m frustrated now waste of money I don’t know whom to contact with this issue 😡

My daughter's each got one for Christmas, I didn't check them when they arrived I just wrapped them. One had a cracked screen and the other will not charge. You can imagine how upsetting that is that your kids were super excited when they saw what it was only to be disappointed that they can't play with them. I'm out of town and it's saying the only way to return is in store. I bought It online.
