We’ve had this futon for almost 2 years now, and it’s the most comfortable I’ve ever used! We’ve also had numerous friends sleep on it and everyone says that it’s very comfortable. Ours came with a small tear so we were able to get a discount as well.

This futon looked great in the living room. The color and quality of the sofa are nice but because it is a futon, it is not very comfortable. I used it a few times and I didn't feel that my back was getting the rest it needed. Additionally, it is a very firm cushion so even sitting for long duration was not very comfortable.

Delivery is third party. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you’ll get a text or app notification. It just showed up. I should have checked the delivery details closer. Since I get many many notifications from the app for everything you would expect they would have figured out how to integrate external delivery status.

I was looking for something for my tiny office that could function as something to sit on during the day, but also be a pullout bed for the occasional guest AND have it be stylish / not an eyesore ....and this fits the bill! Yes, while this isn't temperpedic, it's definitley comfortable enough to sit for a few hours and get work done. I plan to purchase a mattress topper for when guests stay so that it's not so stiff. The fabric is also extremely soft.

It looks great, but it's hard as a rock. Can't get comfortable as hard as I tried. It folds out easily and was no problem to assemble. I really just prefer more cush in my cushions. Comparable to a DMV seat covered in 2 inches of shredded paperwork.
