The product arrived quickly and in good shape; however, assembly was entirely different. Because the pre-threaded holes in the legs are not alligned properly, assembly of these stools was very lengthy and frustrating. What should have been relatively easy, ended up taking hours beause the allen head bolts didn't fit properly and are in very tight spaces which allow only 1/4 turns of the allen wrench at a time. Very, very frustrating. Unless you have lots of time to waste, stay away from these stools. Other Christoper Knight products we have purchased have been good.
