I learned from Tiktok how to make some dessert that low cal and I figured out this product. Its a good substitute for the cream on top of your milk shake. I usually use it to make protein cheesecake dessert or put it on top of my vanilla protein shake or my morning coffee, which moderate amount, of course.

Who does t love cool whip. It’s literally the best in EVERYTHING! When I found they they now make a sugar free and fat free version I was so excited! It has the same great taste and I use it the same way I do regular cool whip. As topping in recipes or an extra boost in my morning coffee. It has the same great taste and consistency. Love it!

I but this product every week. I mix it with peanut butter and eat it for lunch at work. It has a great taste. It doesn’t taste like it’s sugar free at all. It’s not too expensive and lasts in the freezer.

This taste amazing and so good. They used to sell the bigger containers at our Walmart. For some reason they stopped. It tastes really good on top of cold coffee. U can also freeze to make a cool whip sandwich with cookies or rice cakes.
