A: The Four Position Support Pillow does not come with an adjustable strap. It has a removable foam insert for adjustability.

Q: There are two dimensions listed. The support pillow measures 21" x 8" x 5" and comes vaccum sealed and rolled up in a box. The other dimension is 10"x10"x 7". What are the correct dimensions? THX!

I switch between this and the side sleeper knee pillow as I’m a combo sleeper and still trying to find my preferred position to relieve that lower back ache that creeps up in the morning. The density of this pillow is great. Not too hard. It’s really nice if sitting up and reading in bed but I wish it was a tad bit taller for added support on the lower back when sleeping. Overall nicest under knee pillow I have found.

Keeps my lower back in a less stressed position as I sleep so when I wake up I’m not stiff anymore. Of course this pretty much only works if your mostly a back sleeper. Does work ok for a side sleeper with your leg at the correct angle.

I have previously purchased this type of pillow, but this is the last one that I will ever need. It does the job as the product description states. The reason for a four star is that it would be a better support pillow if more or less stuffing could be added to it as needed.
