But if your focus is comfort then the original pillow cover is the best option in my opinion. I tested them side by side and found the original pillow cover to be a more comfortable option for sleep. It's not that the Ultra-Tech Pillow Protector isn't comfortable, but it's noticeably stiffer and less cushiony feeling than the original one that comes with the pillow. You just have to decide how much you need the protection that it provides.

I have had my Coop pillow for about 10 years and the outter cover was getting a little thin so a new one was in order and the new one is actually better than the original. It’s more substantial and contains the innards more firmly. I’ve had several nights of great sleep and you can’t ask for more than that! Mahalo Coop!!
