The back pillows are about the ugliest things you’ve ever seen- lumpy bed pillows. They don’t even fit together. There are big gaps between each one. The chase part sits higher than the sofa so the backs don’t match up. Extremely low back… my 5’7” husband’s shoulders are above the back of the couch. Uncomfortable and very firm. The ONLY reason is gets 2 stars is because the size and shape are perfect for our space. I had a hard time finding a smaller chase with a recliner so we settled for this one despite the iffy reviews. Was excited about the storage in the chase as well, but definitely will be returning.

This couch is comfy and looks really nice. It was really easy to put together though it will likely take two to do this. The storage is really useful and holds a lot, we currently have several games, as well as a sheet set and blankets. The recliner does go back to a horizontal position if you push the seat back when you release the recliner. The cushion hits me about shoulder height, so an extra pillow is needed if you want to get really comfy. I’m 5’9”, so my feet hang off the recliner and other side of the couch. Overall however, for a smaller couch, this is a great buy.

Good - It's well constructed, and the built-in storage is great.
Bad - It's very narrow and the recliner does not fully recline. The back stays upright and the footrest stays at an angle.
