Q: hi - is the beige truly a warm off-white color? The reviews have stated that the biege chair looks more like the light gray chair. If so, then what does the light-gray chair look like in person?

submitted byLil - 3 years agoA: I ordered the light gray thinking it was going to be a beige but the light gray was literally a light gray color not off white but gray. Hope that helps. The beige looks a little more whiteish to me in person.
submitted byFlow - 7 years agoA: A couple of months ago I bought the chairs in a light gray tone, but on the page you looked with a warmer tone! Almost beige and that's why I decided to buy them but the reality is a pretty light blue tone, I didn't like it!

Q: Hi, do these chairs come with rubber bottoms for hte legs? One reviewer's picture makes it look as though there is just a raw metal bottom to the legs
A: Hi Laura - Great question! These chairs do come with a rubber cap on the bottom of each leg to avoid with the metal rubbing on your floors. Happy Shopping! -Stephanie

Q: What is the upholstery cleaning code for these chairs? (Please do not say "spot clean" - need to know what to use to clean it.)
A: I couldn’t find the upholstery code either., but I ordered the blue ones a few years ago, they were trashed with stains and dirt so I decided to wing it and attempt to clean them using my little green machine. They came clean and look awesome now!

Q: I have these in grey and LOVE them, but some of the caps on the legs have fallen out over time and are scratching my hard-wood floors. Where can I order replacement caps?

Q: Will the chairs be assembled? I am unable to assemble due to physical limitations.
A: It's not easy to assemble. The bolts are tiny; there is a gap between the legs and the seat that can't be closed or matched. Still have my chairs unassembled.

Q: How does the assembly work? Is there one connection piece for the base or does each leg screw in alone? Is there a way to assemble the legs before attaching the seat? I'm planning to paint the legs.
