This compression sleeve was so thin and hardly provided any support. I have compression leggings that are thicker and more effective than these sleeves. Overall disappointed with this purchase

It's alright. Other reviewers complained about the silicone backing, and yes, it does irritate the skin (even over my leggings) & causes itching. The sleeve does not actually compress; I haven't noticed a difference. I have fairly average size knees, and the smallest size does not fit. I'd say it's better to get a more expensive brand because it'll be better quality than this (and not act as a placebo).
