The Now CoQ10 seems to be working much better than the earlier used CoQ10 in that it keeps the arteries strong while they are cleaned with other supplements thus the Systolic & the Diastolic stay with in then upper normal ranges where I want them to be.

How can you tell? I purchased it because my usual was not available and as far as I know it's as effective. It certainly was more reasonable.
