The printer worked fine but the app needed to use it is terrible! Half of the time it won’t load and gives you an error. Some features never loaded.

Please don't waste your money. This isn't worth it. Quality is poor, there's no way to tell if the battery is charged/charging, the software is barely in English (it says "Low Pressure" instead of "Low Battery"), and most importantly, you can't really design much with the templates they provide. You can't resize text. You can't print a border with a photo. Tons of missing features.
