A: concentrated monk fruit juice is a listed ingredient which has sugar (fructose and glucose) if I remember correctly. It also has "stevia leaf extract" which is a sugar substitute.

The individual packaging is convenient for on the go. The expiration dates are further out than regular milk so you can stock up at warehouse stores!

Pretty rich in flavor, so I mixed it with some almond milk to tame it and it was perfect. An easy 26 gm of protein with only 170 calories. Perfect for post workout.

The flavor was enjoyable, but I did pick up on a hint of what I would call sourness, likely due to the added protein. It was enough for me to enjoy during two occasions. I would buy this again because it was low in sugar, enjoyable to drink and would also like my kids to try it! They would also enjoy the chocolate flavor as much as I did.

So not a huge difference. But the taste is sooooo much better. It does not have any of that chalky after taste. It is silky and smooth. It taste just like chocolate milk. I absolutely would recommend this product and definitely will buy this again.

Revolutionary product that makes me feel less bloated, tastes good and has high protein and loq cals. However, the ingredient list contains Sucralose. This is a good gut bacteria KILLING ingredient. Do your own research and look it up. SO many companies use this sweetener in the name of "Healthy Nutrition" but it's counter intuitive since it kills your good gut bacteria, which can cause all kinds of autoimmune issues. It would be easy to remove this ingredient and stick with just stevia or I would even go for a little cane sugar. But in order to keep cost down, they go for the cheapest ingredients.

I’ve tried other protein drinks that were excessively powdery feeling, and the texture just wasn’t pleasant. This was very similar to chocolate milk, so it was enjoyable and filled with protein.
