I don’t have any stomach issues when I drink them and they can be added to smoothies, granola, etc. I’ve even used the vanilla version for cereal. The 42G packs in a ton of protein. I typically drink the 26G with my breakfast or in place of it. Both flavors taste great unlike some protein shakes.
